The customer can return the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products. There are two methods for return: through the form in the personal area of the website (for registered customers) or by sending an email to [email protected]. The refund will be made within 10 days but may be delayed until the goods are received.

Orders placed from November 22 to December 18, 2024, can be returned until January 19, 2025.
