Right of cancellation

Pursuant to Art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without stating any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may choose one of the following options:

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

a) Defective or incorrect item

In the event of a defective item or one not compliant with the order placed, the Customer may contact Customer Service by writing to [email protected].

The request will be handled by Customer Care for a dedicated and efficient resolution.

b) Return via dedicated portal (REVER)

The Customer may request a return through the dedicated portal, following the guided procedure managed by our returns partner REVER, accessible from the Site.

The procedure allows the Customer to register the return request, receive operating instructions and the shipping label.

Return conditions

In both cases, the goods must be returned:

  • intact, unused and complete in all parts;
  • with original packaging (bags, boxes and wrapping);
  • free from signs of wear, use or dirt.

The following conditions remain in force:

  • the right of withdrawal applies to the purchased product in its entirety; partial returns are not allowed (e.g. accessories or parts only);
  • the return shipment, until confirmed received by the warehouse designated by the Company, is entirely the Customer’s responsibility;
  • in the event of damage during transport, the Company will notify the Customer so that a claim may be promptly filed with the carrier; in such case, the product will be returned to the Customer and the withdrawal request cancelled.

The Company shall not be liable for damage, theft or loss occurring during return shipment.

Refund

The refund will be processed through the REVER system once the returned product has been received and verified.

The refund will be issued according to the method selected by the Customer when submitting the return request via REVER, within the time limits required by law.

The Company reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the Customer provides proof of having properly shipped the intact product.

If the return is made after the 14 (fourteen) day period from the original delivery date, the right of withdrawal shall lapse. In such case, the Company will return the product to the sender and charge the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the product price.

If the refund is issued via Gift Card, Promo Code or product exchange, no return costs apply in countries where the service is available. If refunded to the original payment method, a return fee may apply, varying by country, and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
