Delivery times will be calculated from the receipt of payment and may vary due to strikes, holidays, or other events not directly attributable to CafèNoir logistics. Shipping estimates are valid for payments with credit card, Scalapay, and PayPal.
Free shipping for orders over €89
The customer can return the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products. There are two methods for return: through the form in the personal area of the website (for registered customers) or by sending an email to [email protected]. The refund will be made within 10 days but may be delayed until the goods are received.
Orders placed from November 22 to December 18, 2024, can be returned until January 19, 2025.
Extended return until 11/01/26 (all items purchased from 21/11/2025 to 24/12/2025 can be returned until 11/01/2026)
